Traditional Indigenous Foods Diet and Health Study: Qualifier Survey
You must complete this survey to assure that you meet the minimal eligibility criteria for participation. If you qualify, and are interested in participating in the 2 month study, the rest of your participation will include an information/consenting visit, keeping a food diary for 3 days twice during the study, filling out questionnaires during the study, wearing an accelerometer for a total of 28 days, having your blood drawn 5 times, and eating a Traditional Indigenous Foods Diet for up to 34 days of the study. After providing your informed consent, additional information on testing procedures, questionnaires and accelerometer use will be explained. This study is being conducted by Dale Brunelle, PhD, at the Grand Forks Human Nutrition Research Center in Grand Forks, ND.
